Nuffnang Birthday Bash Postponed to the 15th of March 2008 & Bonus Cash Giveaway for Nuffnangers!
Dear Nuffnangers,
CHANGE OF DATE
Yesterday, Malaysian Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi announced Malaysian elections on the 8th of March 2008!
As you know, that was the proposed date of our First birthday Bash!
To minimize the disruption to our Malaysian Nuffnangers who vote, and with consideration to other factors, the Nuffnang team, having consulted with our valued partners, have decided to postpone this event to the 15th of March, 2008, SATURDAY.
The deadline for Blog entry submissions has also been extended to the 29th of February 2008.
All OTHER details remain the same.
CLARIFICATIONS FOR BLOG ENTRY
As you know, to be eligible for a ticket to the party/trip, Nuffnangers have to write a blog Entry with the title “I sleep better with Chipster”.
We have received some quality entries so far, but have noticed that some people are submitting entries incorrectly.
What you need to do, is to go out there, buy a pack of chipster, and take a photo of yourself with it, in your Pajamas (Preferably…Or anything you sleep in). This is in line with our theme for the party.

1) The most chipster packs in one post- Prize: Macbook

So what are you waiting for!!? Go out to your nearest 7-11 or supermarket, grab yourself a pack of chipster or more (if you’re ambitious), get into your PJs and snap away!!!

As a bonus, and considering, the Nuffnang team is in EUPHORIC mode right now. The first 50 CORRECT Entries from Malaysia will get RM10 credited into their earnings (that’s on top of the tickets to the event)!

Agree with Azhar. If those bloggers from outstation can get free accommodation, that will be great. There are quite a number of bloggers from Penang and Johor.

Erm why not just provide everyone accomodation? It will be unfair for people like me because I dont enjoy as much value added benefit for being Nuffnanger simply because I live in KL. anyway maybe you guys can do it for the 2nd anniversary. By the way, for you guys who are coming for the event and dont have a place to stay, you can always put a night over at my place. Strictly for guys only, cause my parents are quite particular.

It would be awesome if Nuffnang could pay for every blogger’s accommodation but to be honest, even paying for the transport and accommodation of 100 Singaporean bloggers in itself is quite a big commitment from our side. Don’t forget there are other things we have to pay for everything from the manpower of planning such an event to the venue, food, drinks, contest prizes etc etc. Perhaps when Nuffnang grows bigger in the coming years we’ll be able to do the same for everyone.

I guess Singaporean bloggers are more exclusive compare to Malaysian bloggers. Nuffnang Singapore has better layout and contest (Valentine’s Day contest). Nuffnang Malaysia have to catch up!

In kl,aiyahh..cannot go la…too far from penang….waaa..rugi duit minyak kereta and tol..hadoi…naik bus is unconvenience for me…unless sponsored by nuffnang la…ngekekek
