Here it comes again everyone, yet another Nuffnang Party. This time, things are going to be WILD (literally)!

In collaboration with Maxis Broadband, Nuffnang is putting together yet another blogger gathering of 150 people and here’s the twist of it. It’s going to be our very first LIVE BLOGGING gathering, that means we’re going to have laptops connected to the internet at the gathering for all of you to blog LIVE from the event itself!

Now every great party has gotta have a theme. It’s just gotta!!! We’ve done pirates and pajamas, something we never thought many Nuffnangers would actually do but we were wrong. This time round, we’re going to be doing an animal themed party.

We’re encouraging every blogger to turn up with their best animal themed attire (whether its a full blown costume or just a t-shirt with an animal on it) to show how ‘wild’ we can get as party-goers! In fact, we’re even awarding 2 Dell Laptops for the best costumes of the night and awarding them the title ‘King & Queen of the Jungle’!

In addition, to reward the ‘live bloggers’ we’re giving away a Sony PSP for the Best Blog Entry made during the event! Snap a picture of your fellow bloggers going wild and blog about it. You just might return home that evening with an extra Sony PSP.

Like all parties worth having, there will also be lots of games to be played with attractive prizes to be given out on that night. How would you like to trample the jungle with the elephants and win yourself movie tickets and premiums? On top of that, dinner and drinks will be provided!!!

Nuffnang is currently launching a Top Secret Project codenamed ‘Project Trafford’. We are looking for 40 bloggers who are willing to participate actively in this secret project.

The Data Center Network that are hosting IP range 210.48.145.0/24 is encountering slow and intermittent network access. Our Network Engineers are currently checking on the matter.

Maintenance Effect:
Users whose websites are hosted on the affected IP range will encounter intermittent connection accessing their websites, emails, and databases.

We will further update the announcement on the latest progress of the maintenance.

Update 

The problem stated above has been solved. Our deepest apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.

Nuffnang will be performing maintenance and upgrade to our servers on the coming Monday, 19th of May 2008. Expect downtime in our main site such as Innit and Nuffnang for 2 to 3 hours starting 7am. This will also affect our ad units in all the blogs serving Nuffnang’s ads. That being said, our ad units will not be visible during the maintenance. This is only temporary as your ad units will look the same as they were once the maintenance is over.
