Nuffnang Community Event - Sabahan Bloggers Gathering 2008, Sponsored by Exabytes
Nuffnang intends and does give back to our blogging community. It is apparent from our various events held in the past for our beloved Nuffnangers such as Nuffnang Pajama Party, Nuffnang Wild ‘Live’ Blogging, private screenings for movies and many more.
Due to overwhelming requests that Nuffnang should hold a community event in a location other than KL itself, we’ve promised and we’re delivering it right now. In effort with a group of very enthusiastic Sabahan bloggers, Nuffnang is proud to bring you Sabahan Bloggers Gathering 2008, Sponsored by Exabytes!
The details of the gathering are as followed;

Venue: Imperial Hotel, Warisan Square Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

As we’re blessed with a group of highly efficient bloggers who are enthusiastic in putting this event together, Nuffnang is taking a step back and letting them spearhead the event. Thanks to Nuffnang and ExaByte for sponsoring our Sabahan Bloggers Gathering. Our committee been working hard for this gathering since early 2008 and in fact since the first gathering. We already agreed on the certain entrance fee amount before the sponsorship and it is definitely happening in the Imperial Hotel. It’s going to be big with few big names coming. Thanks once again to Nuffnang ExaBytes for making it even happier to all sabahan bloggers. They can use the already “spared” entrance fee to buy petrol :D
And yes, we do have computers. We also have everything in wireless, 3G, you name it. We also have durians and seafood … and we also have plasma 45″ TV. Please come and join us. No, we are not kidding. you can join us with Air Asia or MAS. And yes, you can get limousine taxi from there direct to the hotel. The horse will be a bit pricey though.

Thanks Tim, Robb & The Nuffnang team for helping us rope in the main sponsor. The organizing committee, spearheaded by Jacq, have been pushing really hard to attract additional sponsorships and also the night’s itinerary and everything else in between.
I’ll be flying in on the day and I really look forward to this gathering, as it will be a springboard to future blogger-related events in the wonderful land below the wind. I’m excited and I look forward to catching up with the gang soon.
