Sypnosis

On the surface, Saya is a stunning 16-year old girl, but that youthful exterior hides the tormented soul of a 400 year-old “halfling”.Born to a human father and a vampire mother, she has for centuries been a loner, obsessed with using her samurai skills to rid the world of vampires, all the while knowing that she herself can survive only on blood like those she hunts. When she is sent onto an American military base in Tokyo by the clandestine organization she works for, Saya immediately senses that this may be her opportunity to finally destroy Onigen, the evil patriarch of all vampires. Using her superhuman strength and her sword, she begins to rid the base of its evil infestation in a series of spectacular and elaborate showdowns. However, it is not until she forms her first human friendship in centuries with the young daughter of the base’s general that Saya learns her greatest power over Onigen may well be her ability for human connection…

Blood : The Last Vampire deserves much more than just an ordinary movie screening. That’s why the good people from Buena Vista Columbia Tristar are throwing a party for bloggers to have fun! Come dress as a vampire to win prizes. We’re encouraging people to dress up the best they can. If you’re a cosplayer, this is your chance to shine. ;) Expect performances from beyond the grave, undead costume masquerade and a blood thirst feast (dare challenge) with a lot of prizes to be given out to participants!

Nuffnang is giving out 35 pair of invites to the Premiere Screening of Blood : The Last Vampire. All you have to do to win these exclusive invites is just by commenting in this blog post, completing the following slogan, “If I’m a vampire, I’ll…….” (not more than 15 words).

The 35 best written comments will win the commentators a pair of invites to this exclusive screening! An email will be sent to the 35 bloggers by 12pm, 5th June 2009. They’ll be required to confirm their attendance by 12pm, 8th of June 2009. If you happen to be available on the day for a party you’ll never forget, just drop by and have fun!
