The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) is back but not laying the smackdown in the wrestling ring, but he is enrolled in a special mission this January – as a Tooth Fairy!
Just in case you are not sure who is the Tooth Fairy and what does a Tooth Fairy do, let us brief you a little. Tooth fairy is a fairytale character that is supposed to collect tooth fallen off from children and in return give them a small amount of money. The tooth fairy usually operates at night when the child is asleep. That is why most of the children in the west were told to keep their baby tooth that fell off underneath their pillows so the tooth fairy will visit.
Of course, the typical image people would have of a tooth fairy would be someone like the Fairy Godmother but let’s just say this is not the case when it comes to The Rock…
Sypnosis
Dwayne Johnson is “The Tooth Fairy,” also known as Derek Thompson, a hard-charging hockey player whose nickname comes from his habit of separating opposing players from their bicuspids. When Derek discourages a youngster’s dreams, he’s sentenced to one week’s hard labor as a real tooth fairy, complete with the requisite tutu, wings and magic wand. At first, Derek “can’t handle the tooth” – bumbling and stumbling as he tries to furtively wing his way through strangers’ homes…doing what tooth fairies do. But as Derek slowly adapts to his new position, he begins to rediscover his own forgotten dreams.

If I am a tooth fairy, I would like to have a speedy teeth cleaner & polisher gadget. Not only I collect those fallen teeth, I also make the existing teeth looks appealing, clean and shining. It will definitely helps the children smile better and build up their confidence. The ultimate goal is SCALING or cleaning by dentist costs at least RM 60 and above. If I am a tooth fairy, I just need a string which enables me to pull the teeth of those kids having toothache. I don’t think I need high technology gadgets to help me out since I am a fairy. I will use my string to pull the teeth underneath the pillow of a child. My string is definitely equipped with magic spell and the child won’t feel the existence of me and also the pain when I pull their teeth out. :)

If i am a tooth fairy , i would like to have a multi function watch . It can function as a tooth detector so easy for me to find the teeth under anyone’s pillow. If the watch found the tooth , it can exchange the tooth with the big gift for the kids. Then the watch can invisible me if someone coming, and it will also function as a mini torchlight , so easy for me to do the job at night. And of course the watch is waterproof :)

If i am the Tooth Fairy,the gadget that i am going to use is the universal remote control that can be seen in the movie Click used by Adam Sandler as Michael Newman in the movie.
With the remote,i could stop time which solve every issue of exchanging the tooth with the reward.
If something goes wrong,i could just rewind and start all over again.

once upon a time, there was a beautiful little girl. she lived in a farm with her parents. one day, everyone was very afraid to come to kindergarten that day. someone knocked out the kids. he was called THE TOOTH DEVIL!!!!
since then, people bought all products to take care of their teeth because they were scared to death to meet the devil including the beautiful girl’s family. they thought by doing so, they would not have any problem with their teeth.

If I’m a tooth fairy, I would like to have a gadget which allows me to sense down all tooth available around the world and use a gadget similar to magnetic products whereby all tooth will be pulled by a strong force without the children consent. With that, I can steal as many tooth from underneath pillows of children without anyone noticing at all. I would be a nice tooth fairy by replacing candies underneath their pillows to ensure they’ll be happy even if they realised their tooth are stolen.

If i’m a tooth fairy, i would like to have a fishing rod so that i can just throw my hook to fish away all the kid’s tooth from far away. I can also use it to lift up the pillow so that i can take away the teeth easily..

If I am a tooth fairy, i will creep quietly into the child’s room, with a feather, i would gently tease his/her toes and also tickle his/her nose till the child move away from the pillow, quietly reach beneath the pillow and retrieve the tooth. Before leaving, i will put RM 5 under the pillow and a bar of chocolate. So the next time, the same child was to place another tooth under the pillow, he/she would easily make way for me to retrieve to tooth (by not lying on the pillow!).

If I am a tooth fairy, there are two gadgets I want to use which are:
1) A Levitating Zap Gun – which I can use to zap the kid to make him/her levitate slowly then I can reach for the tooth under the pillow. The Levitating Zap Gun works by slowly levitating the kid and then the effect wears of slowly which lets the kid to gently lay back onto the bed. This also can be used on nasty critters that gets in the way (floating cats and dogs).
2) A Portable Tooth Register (Like a portable cash register except that it keeps teeth with those classic old register look) – which is attached to the chest or the front of the stomach. It is used to keep the tooth collected and dispense the money for the tooth. How it works is that there is a collecting nozzle on the top which then the Portable Tooth Register would analyse the tooth and dispense the money according to the cleanliness and condition of the tooth. It would also dispense a note about taking care of the kids teeth like a fortune cookie’s note (so that kids would take better care of their teeth).
As such, these two high tech and classic looking gadgets are certainly tools that I would carry on myself if I was a tooth fairy~!

I would want a device to disable the pain when extracting a tooth out from a child’s mouth so that he/she won’t feel the pain without an injection! This would make everybody happier and no one would be scared to see the dentist!!

If I was the Tooth Fairy, I’d still like to have the most basic gadget available to all Fairies:
A pair of magical wings (no butterfly wings pls).
1) They would ‘pull’ me in the direction of a child’s fallen teeth.
2) They would enable me to fly great distances with great speed.
3) They would make me invisible to all eyes except those of another Fairy.
4) They would grant me and anything I choose the ability to pass through solid objects.
(Makes it easier to pull those teeth from under pillows)

1. pair of tongs so that it will be more hygienic to not too touch the kiddies’ tooth which has bacteria or cavities
2. sleeping-detector ( to check whether are the children really fallen asleep) and put-to-sleep-gas-machine( tooth fairy is immured to it and the gas is not harmful) so that the children will not be able to see me, the tooth fairy in action.
3. mini portable ATM machine, so i can have amples of supply of money to leave behind for the children.

I like the traditional version of tooth fairy where they flew into your room and pick the teeth under the pillows. But being in 2010, well we need some gadgets to make the task faster & more time-efficient. ;)
For hygienic reason:
I would need a super-sensitive face mask so i don’t have to smell the kids’ breath if they didn’t brush their teeth.
A tooth-magnetic glove so i don’t have to reach my hand under the pillow and get the possibility of freaking out the kids if they woke up while i’m still in my mission. And also avoiding any contact with the ‘air liur basi’.
For mobility:
Superlight wings with a pocket that can transmit all the teeth i’ve collected straight to the HQ. So i don’t have to carry all of them everywhere i go. The wings are big enough to cover me with invisible mode in case anyone in the house wakes up.

if i am a tooth fairy,
i would firstly use my ultimate detector to search for the kid whom had just dropped a tooth.
then i would search the location of the kid by using my World Wide Web Map by just tapping the screen of the PDA.
After everything is settled, i would bring some gadgets such as the invisible robe and some sweets. or maybe some pain killers for the kid who is suffering from toothache :D
then, i would teleport myself by this machine called “Around the World in 10 seconds”
when i’ve reached to the kid’s home,
i would put on the invisible rope to ensure that nobody sees me.
then i would use my super power which is called the “super light air” by lifting up the kid’s pillow slowly and gently without distracting the kid.
lastly, i would put on rubber gloves to pick up the tooth *for hygenic purpose*
and reward him some candies and painkillers.
also, not forgeting to write a note that “tooth fairy was here :) be a good boy/ girl ! “

i would like to have an auto-memorizing cip in my brain to help me to record the moments of everyone losing teeth. i think it would be very interesting one day for me to take out the cip and review all the funny, cute or pain moments when i retired as a tooth fairy. It can also let those kids who already grown up from any level of the society to watch how they were like when they took off their baby teeth. It would be lots of “awwww…” reviewing. =) how cute.

If I am tooth fairy, I would want a sweet machine that can provide teeth decay sweets to the children.
Children will definitely love sweets, so if they eat the sweets, their teeth will start decay immediately. Then it would be easier for me to steal their teeth and it would be a good reason to take off their teeth since their teeth decayed.
and then I will leave a message for them, telling them not to eat so much sweets as it is bad for their teeth. This will be a good pre-experience for them.

If I’m a tooth fairy, I would want a a teleport gadget.
So that it wont be too tough to get into their house and grant their wish under the pillow (some coins). As I can guess that security of the house lately are pretty tight, doors and windows are built on with alarm. Prevent siren turn on that wake them from their sweet and dreamy sleep and not notice his presence. Mission accomplish!!

What gadget I’d like to have? The answer is candies!
Of course, these candies are no ordinary candies but they have the ability to make the tooth falls off easily without any pain. Why? Most people especially the kids and some even adults dread going to the dentist if they have any teeth/gum problems. And If I were the tooth fairy, armed with this special made and one-in-a-kind candy, I will be able to trick anyone who faces the aforementioned problem and have their tooth removed easily!

When I’m was young & stay @ spore, my mom told me about tooth fairy. I was too excited (dumb) believe it and whenever my baby tooth fell, I will put in under my pillow… One day, there’s no money under my pillow and the only things have is only a letter (from my sister)… haha… that time I thought is from tooth fairy… After that I’m cry coz I know it’s fake!
So, the gadget that I would like to have if i’m a tooth fairy is a small jar which is I can keep all the tooth…Obviously I wont put in my pocket =.=” I wont put RM under the pillow but USD haha… so at least they know that the tooth fairy is not buatan malasysia XD

gadgets;
1. i want a tooth magnetic machine where i can collect the tooth just by pressing the button
2. i want a gadget that can grant child’s wish
3. i also need a princess-kind of attire for me as i can amaze all the kids and made them comfort
with me.
4. i have the dust which can turn everything beautiful..

if i have a gadget,i hope to have piggy banks that can be given to children.
Attached with a small book hanging on the piggy bank. If children has achieve the saving target, he/she can write his/her wish in the book, where i can help to fulfill his/her wish.
It is better for the children, this piggy bank can help to nurture his/her saving habit,and once he/she achieve the saving target that set by me,he/she can order me to help him/her to do something that he/she hope to.
There has no any limit for the rule,more saving then more wish can be achieved!

If I’m a toothfairy, I would be a evil one and would like to have a stalking device to stalk other tooth fairies and rob the teeths they get so that i could save time and be more evil and also would like to have a tooth browser just like google to tooth-ling where the kids with fallen teeths are then teleport to their location to save fuel on travelling…

If i’m a tooth fairy, there’s no special gadgets that i’ll use only
a barter trade with kids with candies and sweets that they’ll love in exchange for their fallen tooth..can that be considered as a gadget ???
