2. The Contest Eligibility
- a) This Contest is opened to all residents of Malaysia. By participating, Participants below the age of 18 confirm they have obtained prior consent from their respective parents or guardians.
- b) All personal particulars submitted at sign-up must be authentic and accurate. Dell reserves the right to reject any entries with incomplete or false particulars.
- c) No purchase or fee is necessary to participate in this Contest;

4. Contest Rules and Regulations
- a) By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to all its terms and conditions;
- b) All entries must reach Dell within the contest period. Late entries will be disqualified;
- c) Each Participant is only allowed to submit 1 blog entry.
- d) By submitting the entry, the Participant is solely responsible for all information in the entry and certifies that the entry submitted is his/her own original creation and does not violate or infringe upon any third party Intellectual Property rights copyright(s).
- e) All entries must be complete, Dell reserves the right to reject any incomplete entries;
- f) By submitting the entry, the Participant grants Dell the right to use the information submitted in the entry for future promotion or commercial purposes for an unlimited period;
- g) Dell reserves the right to reject/disqualify any entries that contain or links to any obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate information;
- h) Dell reserves the right to reject any entries at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
5. Contest prizes
- The prizes for the Contest are 3 Dell Inspiron 13 laptops for the top three best entries.
- Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize only.
6. Notification of Contest Winners
- a) Winners will be notified via email or phone latest by 19th November 2009
- b) Prizes are non-transferable. If for any reason, a winner is unable to attend, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry.
- c) All decisions by Dell, including but not limited to the selection of winners and forfeiture of prizes, are final.
7. Dell does not warrant that the Contest shall be uninterruptible and/or error free.
8. Participants agree to indemnify Dell and Nuffnang Sdn Bhd against any loss, costs and claims if the Participant’s entry(ies) infringe(s) the copyright of any party
9. Dell reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest or any part thereof with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Dell of the Contest or any part thereof shall not entitled the Participant/Winners to any claim or compensation against Dell (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants/Winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.
10. Dell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the mechanics, prizes or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
11. Dell reserves the sole and absolute right to reject any participation that is deemed ineligible for the Contest.
12. Dell reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value without giving any prior notice.
13. Dell shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Contest or the prizes given under this Contest.
14. Participants and Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Dell to use the information or publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Participants' and Winners' names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
15. Dell reserves the right to withhold the prizes aforementioned at Dell's sole and absolute discretion should there be any fraud detected before the Prizes are given to the winners.
16. Dell reserves the right to change the contest mechanics at Dell's sole discretion and without prior notice should the situation demands so.
17. Dell shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Contest, the concert, the trip and/or the prizes, even if Dell has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
The Participant agrees to indemnify and keep Dell harmless from any claims brought forward by any third party caused by the acts or omission of the Participant.
18. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Dell's decision is final and no correspondences shall be entertained.
19. All other Terms and Conditions governing the use of any of Dell's mobile telecommunication services inter alia in relation to the utilization of the Contest shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysian Government shall govern the terms and conditions of the contest.
