My name is May Zhee and I am so gorgeous I have ants crawling all over my body.

Or … it could be a sign that there are too many ants in my house. Hmm.

Jocularity aside, why do ants do that?! It’s beyond annoying! All they achieve is getting squashed by me! You would think they would have learn their lesson or at least warn their comrades but no. They. Just. Keep. Coming.

And if I keep pontificating about ants I bet Timothy is going to yank me off the Nuffnang Featured Blogger of the Month thing.

Then I will end up being Nuffnang’s Featured Blogger of the Half-Month, which is not very flattering.

Sorry.

I better start telling you more about myself, which I’m pretty good at. It’s getting me to stop that’s hard.

Obviously, I abhor ants. But I do enjoy pressing them into half. (Don’t say I’m cruel. I really hate people who defend ants.)

May Zhee-Lim wrote and published her first book at 15. It would have taken heavy medication to stop her from writing. You can visit her little pink blog at mayzhee.blogspot.com but she finds it necessary to warn you that it is highly addictive.

She is currently staying in Malaysia, with two kids and a dog.

Alright, she is lying. She doesn’t have two kids, though she is hoping to get a dog.

At time of writing, she is 16.

Yes I copied and pasted that from the author description in my book. On top of being super thick face and super cruel, I am also super lazy, a trait unique to animals who become extinct in due course.

Overall, I’m just a nice and quiet girl, who spends her free time painting and collecting stamps.

YEAH RIGHT.

I spend my free time traumatizing people, going on diets, listening to people advise me about the ramifications of dieting, ignoring their advice on the ramifications of dieting, and, of course, writing.

I also love Jay Chou to death so if you ever find yourself in possession of any concert tickets or limited edition CDs, you know who would want them very much.

To the untrained eye, my blog seems like it consists of 50% sex, 40% rants, 5% boyfriend and 5% normal stuff. (The numbers do add up to 100 right? Maths isn’t my strong suit.) I try to convince blog readers that the 50% sex is just an optical illusion, but they’re too smart. Darn.

In truth, I blog about everything from frivolous topics (top five irritating types of boyfriend) to mundane things in my life (today I squashed another ant).

Publishing a book is as an accolade in my life, marked by newspaper, magazine and TV appearances.

And to be honest, I have never liked internet advertisements because I find them a total eyesore. But then a certain advertising company came and changed my mind!

Their advertisements were very organized and to the credit of the advertisers, some advertisements were so attractive (especially the cartoon ones! I love the cartoon ones!) I myself clicked them many many times!

Err, not that I do that very often, of course.
