Hello! *waves* I am your Featured Blogger of The Month =) A big thank you to Nuffnang for giving me this opportunity.
If a teacher asks me a question, it would take less than a minute for me to guess an answer.
If a doctor asks me for my health condition, it would probably take 10-15 minutes to explain my problems.
If Nuffnang asks me to talk about myself, it would take A LIFETIME for me to go on ranting about my spectacular and colourful life.
This is the bbiiigg problem I am facing now! How am I supposed to fit my whole life into such a small and limited space? And so I’ll share with you the things that I think, are the things that make me, me. I will share with you all the GREAT things about me =D …. or maybe not soooo great =X.
So that’s me up there :D My name is Li Kee, but I go by Liki. I am a simple girl, with a simple dream, leading a wonderful life and I’m the author of Pink Latte.
So, why Pink Latte you ask? Well, it’s really just a simple thought. Pink is such a sweet and innocent colour (my favourite colour) and well latte… err… sounds cool! And it goes well with “pink” in my opinion lol. Then my friend Carmen found this while she was in Japan:
My blog name was printed on a bag in Japan. Awww, I swear I did not copy it, they copied me; so they owe me moneys! LOL :P
This brings me to how I started this blog – I was held at gunpoint by my friend, Carmen. I know right. She looks so sweet and innocent like a Pikachu. But looks are deceiving.
But really, she is one of my best friends and we formed a gang of friends called the A4 Gangsters! We travel a lot and have heaps of memories; I pretty much grew up with them. They taught me and molded me into who I am today. Here are some photos of us:
So basically I’m a down-to-earth girl, who loves her family and friends.
My best bud is my 7-year-old naughty, cunning, little poodle named Hippy. I named him that because he is always happy and jumping around. Hippy is a Happy dog. Lolz.
My friends think I’m hyper because I’m always active and full of energy. I am passionate about singing, dancing, yoga, modeling, etc., pretty much anything that involves moving my body and staying healthy!
Although I’m not a full time model, to me the experience I’ve gained is simply priceless. Not many people get to experience it, with so much attention on you; it’s definitely overwhelming but fun at the same time. I got to meet lots of different people too, like Amber Chia!
Nuffnang has made my life even more interesting! Attending parties, events and movies organized by Nuffnang makes me feel privileged joining important events and activities where I get to meet more people, and get exclusive news on up and incoming projects.
Currently, I’m studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics in the University of Otago, New Zealand. Studying is stressful sometimes but that doesn’t mean I should neglect it. Here’s me in front of the famous and majestic clock tower, a well-known symbol of Otago university.
It’s my first time being away from family and friends. It wasn’t easy at first, but I’ve grown to be more mature and independent now :) I will be going back to Malaysia every now and then during my holidays. I won’t say studying is my favorite thing to do, but I can say with certainty that it will change my future. (Aiming for my DREAM!)
To be exact, I have been blogging for four years now since 2007. I blog about the interesting fragments of my life, hoping others will find inspiration and enjoyment while reading my blog. I will continue blogging and will entertain all my loyal blog readers, and I hope this post will let you guys know just a little more about the one and only Li Kee.
