Remember this back in November 2008? Yes, the Nuffnang Friso Gold Family Day Out is back and it is Nuffnang’s first Bloggers event for the year 2010! And guess what? A 3 Days 2 Nights trip to Disneyland Hong Kong, Toys ‘R’ Us vouchers and RM1,000 cash are up for grabs!

What to Expect at the Nuffnang Friso Gold Family Day Out?

Loads of fun for you and your kids! There will be games and contests that your children will go crazy about, not to mention the spacious play area! For the adults, while your kids are occupied, we have arranged some great programs for you too!

Ruth Liew, the popular parenting and child care columnist on the local The Star newspaper would be sharing her valuable experience and expert advice on parenting.

We will have an expert nutritionist from Friso Gold to share her expert opinions on the matter of balanced diet and of course good nutrition in supporting your child's immune system.

And lastly, we are going to have a sharing session among the parent bloggers, this is when you can share your experience and exchange tips on parenting!

Did we mention that lunch will be fully provided? ;)

How do I get an Invite to the Event?

Simple! See the Picture Upload function below? Come up with a design of your own to show how your kids fight off the bacterias and germs! Then put up a blog entry with the theme "Curious kids need to be tough inside" and tell us how you can help increase your child’s immune system. Then submit your entry via the form below.

The most interesting 80 entries will be given a family invite (for 2 adults and 2 children) to attend the Nuffnang Friso Gold Family Day Out. And the blogger with the best entry would be walking away with a 3 Days 2 Nights holiday package for a family of 4 to Disneyland Hong Kong! Not to forget RM100 Toys ‘R’ Us vouchers to be given away to the 10 blog entries with the most effort.

Terms and conditions

1.Eligibility and Contest Period

Friso Gold Immunity Contest (“Contest”) starts on 10 a.m. on 8th December 2009 and runs till 11.59pm on 27th December 2009 (“Contest Period”).
Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize draw.
Employees of Nuffnang Sdn Bhd, Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
The Contestants shall be permitted to participate in the Contest via the use of their registered blogs in Nuffnang community only.

2. The Contest Eligibility

Contestants are required to be registered as Nuffnang bloggers (non-Nuffnang bloggers to register to be eligible for Contest). By submitting the entries, the eligible participant is deemed to have agreed to (i) participating in the Contest; (ii) be bound by the Contest Terms & Conditions herein, including the decisions of the Nuffnang Sdn Bhd concerning this Contest; and (iii) Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and its agencies publishing/displaying his/her names, identification number, city of residence, quotes and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further notice or compensation.

3. Selection of Winners

Contest winners will be chosen based on the creativity of their blog posts and picture. Priority will be given to Nuffnang Glitterati bloggers.

4. Judging

The pre-event contest will be judged by representative(s) from Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd with assistance from representative(s) of Nuffnang Sdn Bhd.
The Judge’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

5. Notification of Contest Winners

Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserve the right to use any other method or medium that is deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest winners.
Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserve the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes and Contestants agree that Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd may provide all necessary information of Contest winners to such third party to facilitate such service.

6. Contest Prizes

80 bloggers with the most creative entries will win themselves a family invite (2 Adults & 2 Children) to Nuffnang Friso Gold Family Day Out.
The most creative written blog post for the Contest will win a 3D2N Family Trip for 2 Adults & 2 Children to Disneyland Hong Kong.
10 consolation prizes of RM100 Toys’ R’ Us cash voucher will be given to the 10 next best written blog post for the Contest
There will be a post event contest which will reward participants of Friso Family Day Out to share their experience during the event. 1 best written blog post will win RM1000 cash prize.
Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserve the right to change the prizes without any prior notification.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Nuffnang Sdn Bhd makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
The Contest winner(s) of any prize(s) may at the absolute discretion of Nuffnang Sdn Bhd is required to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Nuffnang Sdn Bhd in order to receive the prize.
All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and Nuffnang Sdn Bhd excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.

7. Prize Giving Ceremony

All prizes will be given out during Nuffnang Friso Gold Family Day Out on 2 January 2009. In the event the winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf.
8. Publicity
Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

9. Variation to the Terms & Conditions

Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.

10. Liability

Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd will not be responsible or liable for:
Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending the contest entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and or failure, Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.
Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Contestant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest and the Event.
Any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

11. Disqualification

Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd Website Use and Access Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained. Nuffnang Sdn Bhd and Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd further reserve the right to cancel, modify suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
