Nuffnang Drives Impact Through CSR Partnerships with APE Malaysia and UPLIFT

Nuffnang just announced a new partnership with UPLIFT and a renewed partnership with APE Malaysia, providing their stakeholders with an additional avenue to make a positive impact.

Nuffnang, a leading influencer marketing platform in Southeast Asia, just announced a new partnership with UPLIFT and a renewed partnership with APE Malaysia, a non-profit organisation dedicated to social welfare and a social enterprise tackling environmental sustainability respectively.

Building a Better Environment One Tree At A Time with APE Malaysia.

The Project Director of APE Malaysia (APE), Mazrul Mahadzir, spoke on previous achievements with Nuffnang: “We are thrilled about the successful collaboration with Nuffnang that commenced in June 2021. Together, we have achieved a significant milestone by planting a total of 1,722 trees between June 2021 and December 2022.

This joint effort underscores the commitment of both our organisations toward environmental stewardship. It highlights the crucial role that companies, including content marketing firms like Nuffnang, can play in contributing to the enhancement of our environment.”

Nuffnang will continue leveraging its extensive network of influencers and clients to raise awareness and drive support for APE’s mission to Restore Our Amazing Rainforest (ROAR). Building upon a successful previous collaboration with APE, Nuffnang’s renewed partnership will focus on providing more opportunities and avenues for their stakeholders and the general public to support the organisation’s efforts through the ROAR initiative, aiming to plant upwards of 1,000 trees in 2024 alone.

Mark Louis Benedict, Project Manager at APE Malaysia, further emphasised the positive impact of the collaboration: “Our partnership with Nuffnang extends beyond the ecological benefits in the Kinabatangan region. It has also brought positive change within local communities involved in tree planting and maintenance.

This collaboration not only fosters environmental conservation but also provides valuable income opportunities for these communities, supporting their livelihoods in a sustainable manner.” Kausern further states that Nuffnang is excited that their long-standing partnership with APE Malaysia will continue contributing towards their purpose to Build Better People (BBP), one tree at a time.

Nuffnang supports UPLIFT’s 1 Million Devices initiative to combat digital poverty.

UPLIFT, a non-profit organisation created under the BAC Education Group umbrella, is dedicated to addressing the needs of underserved and marginalised communities by focusing on various aspects of their well-being.

Their 1 Million Devices initiative aims to bridge the digital divide in education by equipping every marginalised school-going child with a refurbished digital device, giving these children an education, a fair chance in life, and equal access to educational resources and opportunities.

As they operate in the digital space, Nuffnang acknowledges the opportunity gap for these communities and thus pledges to support UPLIFT’s 1 Million Devices initiative through donations and other collaboration activities to both raise awareness and gather support from their clients, influencers and the general public towards the cause.

We hope to create valuable impact within this space so that these communities can pursue digital opportunities out there easily and effectively.”
